Move-in day is coming soon! We are excited and ready for your arrival! In order to better serve you, we have scheduled move-in orientations. The schedule below has your apartment’s date/time for your orientation meeting and key pick-up. During this meeting our Property Manager, Jamie, will review our policy book with you, and issue keys.
Remember, your lease does NOT begin until August 23rd 2019, however as a courtesy we are allowing apartments to move-in a few days early!
Can’t make that appointment? No Problem! You can call the office at 217-464-8635 to reschedule your appointment for August 23rd,2019.
Very Important: Your account must have a zero-dollar balance, if there is an outstanding balance due to the Security Deposit or missing Guaranty Forms (co-signer), it will delay your move-in experience.
