Great Location

The Woods is located within walking distance to the Millikin University campus, approximately one block south. There's plenty of local restaurants and hang-out places close to our community. more

Peace of Mind

The entire Woods campus is gated to provide a higher level of security to all of our residents, as well as a peace of mind to their parents. We provide free secured parking, as well as monitored video surveillance. Millikin University's Safety & Security department also provides The Woods residents with safe rides to campus, from dusk to dawn. more

Affordable Living

Our goal is to make life for our renters as practical and easy as possible. Your rent is posted on MyMillikin for use with financial aid. more
