Superior Maintenance:

Our complex is well maintained by our exceptional maintenance staff. We have a true 24 hour maintenance service. You are able to request and receive maintenance 24 hours a day. We complete 96% of our service calls with in 24 hours with most being completed in less than 4 hours.

We have 2 full time maintenance technicians with years of experience.  Both staff members have been with our company over 3 years.

Selection:

The Woods offers 3 & 4 bedroom apartments.  We also lease 1 & 2 bedroom apartments at our 1030 W. Wood location. The apartments at 1030 W. Wood are available to seniors only.
