The Woods at Millikin is the only certified off campus apartments that fulfill Millikin University's on campus living requirement. The Woods offers housing to all upperclassmen and sophomore's with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, acquired during their freshman fall semester.

The Woods is a gated community and requires card id access to enter and exit all areas. The Woods also provides free secured parking for each resident, as well as monitored video surveillance. The entire Woods campus is gated to provide a higher level of security to all of our residents, as well as a peace of mind to their parents.

The Woods is located within walking distance to the Millikin University campus, approximately one block south. Millikin University's Safety & Security department also provides The Woods residents with safe rides to campus, from dusk to dawn.

Residents can expect to recieve the highest level of service long after they sign their lease. We offer a true 24 hour maintenance service, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with 96% of our service requests completed within 24 hours.
